Hello!

I would recommend consulting this book http://catalog.wustl.edu:80/record=b1021316~S2 Cupples Station Terminal : a case study in urban preservation / by Kenneth L. Irons, Jr.  This book is available for use at Special Collections on the Washington University Danforth Campus.

University Archives also has a file of newspaper clippings, and brief articles about the history of the property as part of the Building Information Files, http://archon.wulib.wustl.edu/index.php?p=collections/findingaid&id=380 .  This also includes some photographs of the buildings.  If you would like to consult these files, they are also available at Special Collections.
