Laptop Chargers:

Olin Library does not check out Laptops, but there are Mac laptop chargers available for checkout from the Olin Help Desk.

The checkout period for a charger is 3 hours. Other devices available for checkout at the Olin Help Desk include phone chargers (Android and iPhone) and headphones. More details here.

A few laptops and chargers are also available at other campus libraries and they are listed here and here for the Brown School Library for students in their public health, social policy, and social work programs.  

Laptop Lending

Additionally, a few campus offices offer laptop lending--generally limited to specific student populations in need of a temporary computer during a repair:

Laptop Lending from Student Technology Services (STS):

Students who check in a personal computer at the STS Service Desk for troubleshooting that will require overnight work may borrow an STS laptop for the period of time that their device is checked in.
