In short, MOBIUS is a consortium of libraries, mostly academic, and many in Missouri.

  • The MOBIUS catalog shows holdings of all member libraries.
  • MOBIUS was created to allow faculty, students, and staff at member institutions to borrow library materials from other members.  Resources in the MOBIUS catalog with a status of available can be requested for delivery to WashU's Libraries for you to check out.

Note regarding Becker Medical School:

Washington University School of Medicine Library is not included in the MOBIUS Catalog. If you need an item from the Medical Library, you may request it by using Becker Medical Library's Interlibrary Loan Service.
