Not all databases send Get it! enough data to identify an individual article, so the closest it can get you is to the journal, or perhaps the database or publisher site the journal is on. Even if there is an article link, it may not work; in that case, do try the journal link and see if you can find the article by drilling down through the year, volume, and issue to the correct pages.
