Your library account is a record of all of your current library activity.  You can see what books you have checked out, renew books, retrieve articles requested from ILLiad, see what books you've requested, and lots of other things.

To access your library account online, go to library.wustl.edu, and click on the link in the top dark gray bar that says "My Catalog."  When you get to the next page, click the top link that says "Log into My Catalog."  You can save the direct link for this as a bookmark or favorite in your internet browser: https://spokane.wustl.edu/patroninfo.

Another interesting thing you can do in your library account is opt in to "My Reading History" to keep track of books you've read (very helpful when you're working on a research paper!).
