The library does not offer a service where users are notified of new issues of journals. However, if there is a journal to which the library currently subscribes, you may be able to sign up for RSS feeds to that journal through the publisher's website. Using the journal Foreign Affairs as an example, their website contains an RSS feed option: http://www.foreignaffairs.com/about-rss  Once you receive notification of a new issue through the Foreign Affairs RSS feed, you would be able to go into the library's catalog record for the online version of that journal and view the full-text issues: http://catalog.wustl.edu:80/record=b3154398~S2
