The Libraries have adjusted proxy access to database resources as part of ongoing systems management. Most users will not see any change to the way they log into databases. But if you encounter issues in accessing database resources, please contact the Help Desk at circ@wumail.wustl.edu, by chat at https://library.wustl.edu/about/ask-us/, or call during business hours at (314) 935-5420.

 

EZProxy has a download limit of 200MB per hour.

Users who exceed this limit will receive a notice from EZProxy stating: "Account Suspended. We're sorry. You have exceeded your download limit of 200MB. Your suspension will expire in 2 hours."

After the suspension period, users can resume downloading.
