Unfortunately there's not a handy way to do this, prior to doing a search.  You can use the facets on the right side, after doing a search, to view citations from specific years.  If you want to include years in your search, choose the Advanced option in either QuickSearch or MultiSearch.  Put your search term or terms in the first box next to All Fields; you can change that drop-down if you wish.  On the second line, change the drop-down to Year.  In the box next to that, put in (in this example) 2008 or 2009 or 2010 - you have to type 'or' between each year.  This may not work for all databases in Find it!.
