Student Employment:

Student jobs at the libraries are always listed on the Student Employment page, under our website's 'About' page. It will show what jobs are available, and include links to the relevant applications. When there are open positions, your application will be reviewed by a supervisor.

The Libraries may also post listings of student job opportunities on Handshake, WashU's partner career management platform. For more info, see WashU's Handshake page.

For information about jobs in non-Olin Library System libraries (Law Library, Becker Medical Library and Social Work Library), please contact those libraries directly.

All Federal Work Study jobs are handled through Student Financial Services.

Our goal is to respond within a day, but it could take longer during weekends and holiday-related reduced service hours.
