The following loan periods are for books and government documents by user group:
Faculty- 90 days
Staff- 4 weeks
Graduate Students- 60 days
Undergraduate Students- 4 weeks
Courtesy- 3 weeks
Info-pass borrowers- 3 weeks
The following special loan periods apply:
MOBIUS- 4 weeks (2 renewals)
Poplit- 2 weeks
Audiobooks- 1 week
Bound journals- 3 days (faculty and grad students only)
Unbound journals- 1 day (faculty and grad students only)
Videos/DVDs- 7 days
Day locker keys, Headphones, Ethernet cables, and Laptop cable locks- 12 hours or Help Desk closing time (whichever comes sooner)
Reserve Loan Periods:
Materials may include books, vertical files, videos, or private copies. Instructors may specify one of the following loan periods:
2 Hours: Materials are due two hours after check-out. Within two hours of Help Desk closing, material may be checked out overnight. This material is due one hour after the Help Desk opens the next day.
3 Hours: Materials are due three hours after check-out. Within two hours of Help Desk closing, material may be checked out overnight. This material is due one hour after the Help Desk opens the next day.
1 Day: Materials are due at Help Desk closing time on the day after check-out.
2 Day: Materials may be checked out for two days.
5 Day: Materials may be checked out for five days.
