You may renew books, bound periodicals, unbound periodicals, or government documents up to 20 times, UNLESS a hold or recall has been placed on the item.  If an item needs to be renewed after 20 renewals, you may bring it to the Help Desk where staff will check in the item and recheck it out to you.

DVDs may be renewed once.  After that, they can be brought to the Help Desk, checked in, and checked out again.

Reserve items are not renewable.  Please bring them to the Help Desk to be checked in, and then checked back out.  Desk staff are able to do this, as long as other users are not waiting for the item.

MOBIUS books may be renewed twice, unless there is a recall.

Info-Pass procedure requires that Info-Pass patrons bring in a new Info-Pass, issued by their home library, when renewing their books.

To maximize availability, Olin day locker keys are not renewable.
