If a researcher has obtained the proper clearances and permissions or has licensed the footage from the copyright owner(s), the Film & Media Archive is able to offer digitization services for $50.00 per hour of work, dependent on condition, format, and approval of the Digital Archivist. There is a wide range of available output formats, including MPEG-4, MPEG-2, H.264, AVI, Windows Media and Flash video files.

Requests of this sort are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Archive for a full list of formats and for more information.
