In Becker Medical Library catalog, when you see "Access restricted to WUSM" after the link, you will probably need to be on the medical campus to access the book.
The same book (in paper or ebook) may be listed in the Classis Catalog, so it's wise to double check.
Note: Links on Becker library pages include the medical campus proxy prepend [https://beckerproxy.wustl.edu/login?url=]. If you are not on the medical campus or do not have a Becker Proxy account, copy the link without the prepend [it will usually be listed at the top of the page] into Create Proxied Links form and try that. Most will work unless the e-resource is licensed for medical-campus-only.
