WUSTL Libraries is available to answer your library questions by phone, email, and now by chat 24/7! 24/7 Ask Us! Chat service launched this July and is answered by WUSTL Library staff during daytime hours and transfers to our new chat providers: Springshare, a library-based software platform with an academic cooperative chat service.  During the evening and weekend hours, you could be chatting with a librarian from a University in Colorado or even the United Kingdom or with Springshare staff librarians.  If you have, a specific question related to a WUSTL service or material, these remote operators can forward those questions to WUSTL Library staff.
