I am taken to an EBSCO page asking me to choose a database, but Academic Search Complete is not among them.

The Problem: Patrons have reported problems accessing Academic Search Complete (and other EBSCO databases) while on campus
The A-Z Database access link connects--not to the database--but to a page asking the patron to choose a database, with Academic Search Complete not being among those listed.
The Cause: The culprit is the WIFI network. Patrons encountering this problem are using the "eduroam" or WUSM WIFI network for their internet connection without realizing it. With this connectivity problem, “Washington Univ – School of Medical Library” appears at the top right of the EBSCO screen. You can see this in the screenshot above.
The Solution: Ask patrons to change their WIFI network to the wustl-encrypted-2.0. (They may be prompted for their WUSTL Key to login to this WIFI network.)
