The most common cause for this error is a browser, firewall, or personal privacy product blocking this program's cookie from being set.

Things to Try:

  • Switching browsers - If you want to keep using your preferred browser, try to enable cookies in your browser settings.

  • Changing your Wi-Fi connection - while WashU's wireless networks shouldn't cause any issues, connections from other institutions/locations may include a service which blocks particular cookies.

  • Check your computer's allowances - you may have a privacy/adblocker product installed which interferes with necessary cookies. Disabling the product or whitelisting Get it!'s address may solve the problem.

  • Clear your browser's cache of cookies - this will vary based upon your browser and operating system. You may need to search for online instructions from your browser provider.
