Duo Two-Factor Authentication:

EZproxy uses two factor authentication through Duo (DUO 2FA) for the Libraries' e-resources. However, our Duo integration is a bit different from your email or other campus systems, so you won't see the campus Single Sign On screen when you log in.

Go to https://connect.wustl.edu/2fa to enroll and/or manage your 2FA. If you're still having trouble, here are some other steps to try.

  • Try checking your caps lock
  • Type your credentials in again (often we see users simply mistype credentials)
  • Try clearing the cache of your web browser
  • Check the 2FA help site:
  • If these methods do not work:
    • staff and faculty consult the IT Help Desk at (314) 933-3333
    • students consult the Tech Den at (314) 935-7100

Note: If you were using the Call Me feature, please transition to using DUO Push.

Ask WashU Libraries:

Our goal is to respond within a day, but it could take longer during weekends and holiday-related reduced service hours.

Click the clock icon at upper right of the homepage to see our hours of operation. Or, see if we are on chat. If your question requires extensive research, consider contacting your subject librarian. Thanks!
