Printing Services:

Registered students, staff, and faculty may print for a small fee at any of our printing locations via PaperCut. These printers print in color, black and white, single- sided, and double-sided, and can use several kinds of paper (if inserted into the first print tray), such as photo paper. Our Printing page has information regarding costs, locations, and more.

For instructions on using the PaperCut system or the printers themselves, see Student Technology Services' Printing page.

(note - unreleased print jobs will be terminated/cancelled within 12 hours of request)

Guests and visitors are not provided printing services.

Printing Quotas:

If you are a student, you may have a print quota from your school.  To check your printing/copying balance, log-in to PaperCut with your WUSTL key. Annual printing quotas are added on July 1st of each year.

If you are faculty or staff, or are a student but you have already used your print quota, you will need to add money to your campus card (Bear Bucks) account to be able to print and copy. More money can be added to a Bear Bucks account through the Atrium Portal with a credit or debit card. Cash and checks are also accepted at Campus Card Services. Employees manage their accounts in HRMS.  If you have any questions about this process, please contact Campus Card Services.
