Accessing Online Services (off-campus):

• When off-campus, you must log into the proxy server with DUO two-factor authentication to access a licensed resource, such as an ebook, ejournal, or database.  

• Upon your initial attempt to access one of these subscription sources, you should be prompted to login by the proxy server with two-factor authentication once each browser session. If you close your browser, you'll have to log in again the next time you try to access a licensed resource.  

Note:  If you are logged in with a VPN connection, you must first disconnect and switch over to a standard internet connection before you may log into the proxy server. You may then reconnect your VPN if desired, and your proxy access to WU Libraries resources should remain active.
