Click on "Download whole book (PDF)," then click on "Login."
Select Washington University in St. Louis from the left pull-down.
Click "Login" again.
From WUSTL Connect screen, put in WUSTL Key and password. You'll then be brought back to the first page in HathTrust.
Click on Download whole book (PDF) and your PDF will load.
